Bridging the gap between design & education

As I continued to work in the local, “Smallwaukee” community, I found my connections and skills growing as I mentored newcomers.  Managing required more than just giving instructions to someone- at least in order to create customized products that upheld the company’s standards.

To transform production, sale oriented skills in order to work with children in a developmentally applicable way, I began the process by taking additional studies at night, to supplement my current experience.  In turn, I could apply knowledge from psychology and cognitive science to create a more authentic user experience in design creation.
