A great introduction in customer service, production and professionalism.  Working for this old Milwaukee family owned business, I could develop many skills early on.  Communication through email and in person went beyond accuracy and required translation from client expectations to achieveable results using available technology.  Mistakes, the pressure of performing on precious documents and budget friendly designs created a solid foundation for the future work environments.  There was never a moment's rest, and accuracy was retained despite the urgency.
