  • Adhering to 100% client confidentiality

It was more than just regurgitation.  The first 4 weeks of training involved vocal self awareness and articulation  in order to speak clearly so the computer could accurately transcribe output.  Meticulous awareness while speed reading was pivotal in order to catch errors and make corrections to ensure the receiver could partake in conversation naturally.  Teamwork was still utilized in call transfers and the monthly training meetings.  A niche skill that has aided many of my other work environments through the sheer increase of listening comprehension and self awareness.

As a student, sharing insight on what worked and didn’t work, drove my own studies deeper.  I had to be active and pay attention in order to support someone who might have other challenges and couldn’t pick up the same information.  Learning to filter necessary information and convey it in an inclusive way.
